Welcome to KnightBase. By accessing or using our platform, services, or any related applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our service, including free and paid users, administrators, and third-party integrators.

KnightBase provides a web hosting platform that allows users to deploy and manage static websites. Our core services include:

• Static website hosting with unique subdomain URLs
• File upload and management for HTML, CSS, JS, and image assets
• User dashboard for site creation, editing, and deletion
• Plan management and upgrade options
• Admin tools for platform management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. KnightBase will not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.

To access most features of KnightBase, you must create a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with any other person or entity
• Not create more than one account per person

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on KnightBase. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to KnightBase. By uploading content, you grant KnightBase a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload and host
• Content must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You must own or have the right to use all uploaded materials
• Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• KnightBase does not claim ownership over your uploaded files

We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KnightBase. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account:

• Hosting illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code
• Hosting phishing pages, scam websites, or fraudulent content
• Sharing adult, explicit, or NSFW content without authorization
• Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt KnightBase infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits
• Reselling or sublicensing KnightBase services without permission
• Mining cryptocurrency or running resource-intensive scripts
• Hosting content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

KnightBase offers multiple hosting plans including a free tier and paid plans. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI
• Plan upgrades are activated only after admin verification of payment
• You must provide a valid UTR/Transaction ID after making UPI payment
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our sole discretion
• Plan benefits are as described at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice

Failed or fraudulent payment submissions may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to financial authorities.

KnightBase reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Uploading prohibited or illegal content
• Fraudulent activity or attempted abuse of the platform
• Non-payment or payment fraud
• Receiving complaints from third parties about your content
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months on free plan)

You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your hosted sites will be taken offline and your data may be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

KnightBase provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from system failures
• We are not responsible for any downtime or service interruptions
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime for hosted websites
• KnightBase is not liable for third-party actions affecting your hosted sites

KnightBase reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-platform dashboard announcements
• Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of KnightBase after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
